Hi,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Raumwohnung in Dresden, Johannstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Elbe in nur 2 Minuten erreichbar. Verkehrsgünstiger Anschluss mit der Buslinie 62. Das Haus wurde im Oktober 2008 kernsaniert mit schöner Einbauküche und einem tollen modernem Bad. Der Balkon in Richtung des Innenhofs ist ebenfalls sehr ruhig mit Morgensonne. PKW-Stellplätze sind beim Vermieter nachzufragen.
Bei Interesse würde ich das Hochbett gern an den Nachmieter abtreten.
Sonstiges: Waschmaschinen-Anschluss im Bad. DSL-Anschluss möglich. Abstellmöglichkeit auf dem Dachboden. Fahrradkeller.
Da ich es leider noch nicht geschafft habe komplett auszuziehen ist die Wohnung nicht sofort bezugsfertig. Wenn Interesse besteht kann ich jedoch auch sofort ausziehen.
