2. Transportation: It's convenient to take bus 62 (bus stop Gutenbergstr., less than 1 min by walking), bus 64 (bus stop Pfotenhauerstr., 5-7 min by walking), and Tram 6 (Tram stop Trintatisplatz, 7 min by walking)

3. In 2-5 minutes walking distance, there are four Supermarkets (Netto, ALDI, KONSUN, Diska), a grocery store Pfennigpfeiffer, Thomas sport center, post office...etc.

4. The apartment is 28 m^2 and with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and internet connection. The warm rent is currently 370 euro (including the internet). There are public coin-operated washing machines (1 euro for 70 min) and dryers in the laundry room of the building.
