Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine tolle Wohnung direkt an der Sachsenallee, da ich mit meinem Studium fertig bin und wegziehen werde. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine seperate Küche, einen großen Flur, der auch als Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann und ein großes Wohn- bzw Schlafzimmer. Da die Wohnung im vierten Stock liegt, Richtung Hinterhof, ist es trotz der Nähe zur Sachsenallee sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Sachsenallee und hat somit eine super Anbundung zur Linie 13, 6 und die Buslinie ist zu Fuß ca 10 min entfernt. Die Elbe liegt direkt vor der Haustür und die Neustadt ist innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen.
Ich würde die Wohnung gerne teilmöbliert oder komplett möbeliert abgeben. Das ist aber auch Verhandlungssache ;)
