Schafzimmer und Wohn-/Essbereich sind getrennt. Der große Südbalkon mit Blick in eine schöne Parkanlage ist sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung wurde 2010 saniert, ist mit einem Lift und einer Rampe versehen und ist damit barrierefrei.
Es befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie eine gute Pizzeria, ein Dönerladen, Spät-Shop, Apotheken, etc., alles sowohl durch ÖPNV als auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15.09. beziehbar, möglich wäre auch ein späterer Einzugstermin zum 01.10.2018
Die Küche (Neuwert: ca. 2300€, 1 Jahr alt, sehr guter Zustand) würde ich gegen einen Abschlag von 1200€ in der Wohnung lassen.
Da ich den Studienort wechsle muss ich leider meine schöne Wohnung in Dresden verlassen.
