Hallo ich bin Jiyu Song aus Korea. Ich habe Working holiday in Dresden gemacht. Nächste Januar fliege ich nach mein Heimatland zurück. Deswegen suche ich einen/e Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung hat eine Toilette, ein bad und eine Küche. Die Möbel sind Bett, Regal, Kleiderbügel und zwei Tische. Sie können sie übernehmen. Es gibt schon Internet. Also können sie sofort kabel Internet und schnelles Wlan benutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Johannstadt, neben dem Stadtzentrum. Sie können vor der Wohnung mit dem Straßenbahn oder Bud nehmen. Es dauert etwa 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in 5 Minuten zum Altmarkt (mit der Verkehrsmitteln). Sie können auch in 5 Minuten Straßburgerplatz zu fuß erreichen. Da gibt‘s was sie brauchen (Rewe, Aldi, Dm, mäc Geiz, Deichmann...)
