da ich plötzlich meine Wohnung verlassen und umziehen muss suche einen/eine Zwiswchenmieter -in für meine möblierte 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Dresden-Johannstadt für den o.g. Zeitraum.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Kochecke inkl. Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch + Stuhl.
Es gibt einen Waschmaschinenraum mit kontaktloser Bezahlung (Trockenraum gibt es wohl auch). Es ist Hofseite, deswegen ist hier sehr ruhig.
Die Heizung, und Warmasser sind inklusiv.
WLAN 35€.
Die Lage ist ganz zentral. Man brauch nur 2 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle -Bus 62 oder Tram 13. Strassburgerplatz ist in 5 minuten zu erreichen. Die Imgebung ist ganz ruhig und hier befindet sich viele Bäckerein sowie Einnkaufsmöglichkeiten.
