Grosses und bequemes Bett, Kleiderschrank mit viel Platz, Schreibtisch, Rollstuhl, Kleiderbügel, grosser Hochspiegel, Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, Sofa, Regal, Nachttisch, kleiner Beistelltisch und Küchenset mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Es war warm im Winter und ist sehr hell, mit sehr grossen Fenstern.
Warmmiete: 523 €/Monat, inklusive Kosten (Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Wartung).
Das Studio, obwohl es sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung handelt, ist es in zwei Zonen unterteilt, wobei das «Schlafzimmer» schön vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt ist

I am looking for someone to take my fully furnished apartment from february or early march on.
The studio includes full brand-new set of furniture and bathroom. Large and comfortable bed, closet with ample space, desk, wheel chair, coat hanger, big tall mirror, dining table with two chairs, coach, night table, small auxiliary table and kitchen set with stove and fridge.
It has been warm during the winter and is extremely light, with very big windows.
Although it is a single room apartment, it is divided in two zones, with the "bedroom" nicely separated from the rest of the apartment

In der Nähe des Straβburger Platzes (Aldi, Rewe, Dm, Tedi, etc. ) und Groβer und Stauden Garten. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Altstadt und Neustadt.
Sehr gut kommuniziert: direkt neben der Strassenbahn 13. Linien 1, 2, 4, 6, 10 und 12 in 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Bus 62 Haltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude.
