Hallo, da ich relativ kurzfristig eine größere Wohnung woanderst bekommen habe, suche ich relativ kurzfristig also sofort einen Nachmieter(in) für meine kleine aber feine 1 Raumwohnung in Dresden-Heidenau-Mügeln WARMMIETE 222€!!!!!!. Ich schreibe bewusst Dresden und Heidenau da Tarifzone Dresden in 400m Haltestelle zu Fuß und Tarifzone Heidenau unmittelbar zu erreichen ist. (Semesterticket deckt beide Tarifzonen ab) Fahrzeit Zentrum Dresden 15 Minuten..... Wie gesagt solide, warme und saubere 1 Raumwohnung in ordentlicher Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Parkplatz, WLAN, Badewanne mit Dusche und (bei Absprache) teilmöbiliert. Meldet euch einfach per Mail oder am Besten telefonisch. Da ich sehr beschäftigt bin gerne ne SMS oder ne Mailboxquatscherei. Ich rufe dann zurück. Viele Grüße M.S.
Unglaublich aber wahr - Die Wohnung ist (außer Bad) mit echten Laminat ausgestattet und NICHT mit Linolium wie sonst üblich!!!!!!!!
