The apartment has nice well lit room with good ventilation. There are 3 sections. A living room, a Kitchen and a bathroom. The living room doubles up as a bedroom and study. The bathroom has a bathtub, and a shower. Kitchen is a separate room as well. All the furnishing and Kitchen gadgets are bought by me when I moved in. The list of extra furniture is as below.

This include a 4 plate cooking range, an oven, the cupboards and the sink.
In living / bedroom
Wardrobe, book stand, and a refrigerator. a sofa / bed (folds out as a double bed).

The apartment is located directly on the 172 (Dohnaer str.). The bus stop Marie-Wittich-Straße can be reached in less than 5 mins where the bus line 66 can be taken. Bus line 66 directly takes to the TU in 20 minutes, and Dresden Hauptbahnhof in 15 minutes.. There is a Netto in 2 min walk, and Kaufland in 10 min walk. Tram lines 9 and 13 can also be reached within 10-15 min walk. The Bus 66 and tram 13 are also night lines!!
There are 2 gas stations (Star and Aral) near to the 172nd as well.
I am the current tenant of the apartment which is rented out by the GAGFAH group. Renting the apartment requires a WB-Schein from the sozialamt which is easy to get if one is a student.
Electricity and Internet are not included in the rent.
Electricity cost depends on the consumption and type. For me it comes to around 28 euro per month, with reimbursements at the end of the year.
Internet charges again depend on the plan chosen, and comes to around 18 euro per month with my current plan.
