Quiet location in Löbtau nearby a small park. In front of the house there a lot of parking spaces, and there is also an underground parking space related to the house. The connection to the local transport system is excellent, starting from the stop 'Tharandter Straße', which is around 5 min away by foot, one has the trams 6,7 and 12, which can take you to Main Station, Historic Centre or Neustadt within 10-15min. The Bus No.61 is in less than 10min at the TU. Supermarkets like Rewe or Aldi are away around 5min by foot, as well as a cinema and a some restaurants or bistros.

Ruhige Lage in Löbtau an einem kleinen Park. Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch auch eine zum Haus gehörige Tiefgarage. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist exzellent, von der Haltestelle Tharandter Straße, welche etwa 5min zu Fuß entfernt ist, gelangt man durch die Straßenbahnlinien 6, 7 und 12 innerhalb von 10-15 min zum Hbf, zur Altstadt und zur Neustadt. Die Buslinie 61 ist in weniger als 10min an der TU. Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, dazu ein Spätshop in direkter Nähe der Wohnung. Dazu ein Programmkino ebenfalls 5min entfernt.

The apartment could also be rented by a couple; in this case I would add some additional costs per month. It would be nice if you could write me some brief information about you and also a time frame for a viewing of the apartment, because currently I’m not in Dresden but I will go there for meeting you. The rent will be paid to me only the first one or two month until I can finish my contract with the landlords, after that you can have it completely on your own if you like. The 30 Euros additional costs are for electricity, but this won't be neccessary anymore after the first one or two months also. Parts of the furniture like e.g. the sofa could be taken for a good price, but you don't have to.

Kann auch von einem Pärchen gemietet werden, ich würde dann jedoch pro Monat etwas mehr nehmen. Bitte schreibt mir ein paar grobe Infos über euch, und in welchem Zeitraum Ihr die Wohnung besichtigen könntet, da ich selbst gerade nicht in Dresden bin, und mich entsprechend vorbereiten kann. Die Miete würde nur die ersten ein oder zwei Monate anfallen, hängt von den Besitzern der Wohnung ab, also wie schnell sie bereit sind, meinen Vertrag zu kündigen. Die 30 Euro extra sind für Strom und würden auch nur die ersten ein zwei Monate anfallen, solange wies dauert, dort aus dem Vertrag rauszukommen. Für Teile der Inneneinrichtung, beispielsweise das Sofa könnte ich einen guten Preis machen, aber muss nicht übernommen werden.
