Leider muss ich meine wunderschöne Wohnung aufgeben.
Diese hat einen neu verlegten Laminatboden und Fliesenspiegel in Küche und Duschbad.
Die tatsächliche Fläche ist viel größer als angebenen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell.
Im Keller gibt es Münzwaschen und -trocknen. Dadurch ist keine eigene Waschmaschine nötig.
Im Hof kann die Wäsche getrocknet werden. Dort befindet sich auch eine Grillmöglichkeit.
Ein eigener Keller und ein extra Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden.
Bei Bedarf kann im Hof ein Pkw-Stellplatz angemietet werden.
Sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage. Zur Haltestelle sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ins Zentrum sind es mit der Bahn 7 Minuten.
Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Bäcker, Reno, dm, Rossmann, etc.) und mehrere Fitnessstudios.
Die Küchenmöbel und der Kühlschrank können gegen kleines Geld (VB) gern übernommen werden.
