Die Wohnung befindet sich in Löbtau, sehr zentral an der Haltestelle „Tharandter Str.“. Von hier ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder an der TU Dresden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt gegenüber.
