Wie die Bilder zeigen besteht die Wohnung aus einem größeren Raum mit einer Abgrenzungsmöglichkeit zum Schlafbereich.
Die Küche ist seperat und abgetrennt zum Wohnbereich.
Das Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne befindet sich auf der anderen Seite der Haustür und ist Überrest von der Altbaubauweise.
Dies habe ich immer als Vorteil und nie als Nachteil gesehen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhaus im Herzen der Neustadt.
Wer die Neustadt kennt weiß dass alles von ÖPNV bis Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Trotz der zentralen Lage und dank der Hinterhaussituation hält sich der Neustadtlärm in Grenzen.
