Da ich für acht Monate im Ausland studieren werde, biete ich meine Einraumwohnung zur Zwischemiete an.
Es handelt sich um eine bereits eingerichtete und sehr helle (durch riesiges Fenster) Studentenwohnung, die noch sehr neu ist. Die Lage ist super für Studenten: nicht zu nah und nicht zu fern was die Uni angeht (3 und 11 naheliegend) und genau die richtige Distanz/Nähe zur Neustadt, sodass es nicht zu laut und nicht zu leise ist.
Kommt und schaut sie euch an, wenn ihr Interesse habt - ich würde mich freuen
