Hallo,
da ich im Dezember auf Reisen bin, möchte ich meine gemütliche Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Es ist sehr ruhig hier, die Nachbarn sind nett und aufgeschlossen. Die Neustadt ist auf ein Bierchen schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der nächste Spätshop, Bäcker und Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Die StraBa 13 hält am Bischofsplatz und von da sind es noch 5 min Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist voll möbiliert - 1.20m Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kücheninventar, Waschmaschine. Ich habe kein Telefon, nutze aber mit meiner Nachbarin das W-Lan zusammen.
Ich suche jmd der vorübergehend eine Bleibe sucht, keine Lust auf WGs hat und alles pfleglich behandelt.
