Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für ein Wohnheimszimmer in der Hoyerswerdaer Str vom 1.April bis 30. September 2013.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, ist (teil)möbeliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Tisch, Kühlschrank, Regale - alle vom Studentenwerk gestellt) und Bad & Küche wird von der ganzen Etage genutzt (ca. 15 Leute)
Strom, Heizung & Wasser sind pauschal im Mietpreis mitinbegriffen.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt am Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (Straba 6, 13), die Station Carolaplatz (Linien 3, 8, 7) ist 5minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Als Supermarkt bietet sich Rewe (3min Rothenburger/Bautzener) oder Netto auf der anderen Seite der Elbe (10min) an. Spätkauf & 3 Bäcker sind direkt in der Straße zu finden.
Von der inneren Neustadt, in der sich das Wohnheim befindet, ist es nur ein Katzensprung (einmal über die Kreuzung) und schon findet man sich inmitten des "Szene- &Kneipenviertels" wieder :)
