ich vermiete meine kleine, schicke Wohnung in der äußeren Neustadt für einen Monat. Im oben angegeben Preis ist alles inbegriffen, allerdings ist kein Internet vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und zentral in der Neustadt gelegen. Da sie zum Hinterhof hinaus geht, ist es trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich ebenso in der Nähe, wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Da ich berufsbedingt nicht in Dresden bin, wird mein Bruder Clemens das Organisatorische übernehmen. Er ist tagsüber über die unten angegebene Handynummer zu erreichen. Wenn er nicht ans Telefon geht, schreibt bitte eine SMS. Außerdem könnt ihr ihn noch per Mail kontaktieren:
