Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Singles die neu in die Stadt kommen. Das große und wertige Hochbett dient gleichzeitig als begehbarer Kleiderschrank und optimiert die Platzsituation. Drei große Fenster erhellen den Raum und vermitteln ein größeres Flair.
Die Waschmaschine ist nagelneu und vielleicht 30 bis 40 mal benutzt. Der Herd hat ein Ceranfeld und der Kühlschrank die üblichen Funktionen inkl. Gefrierfach. Einen großen Keller gibt es auch.
Die Hausbewohner sind alle durchweg freundlich.
Besser geht es kaum. Als Student_in oder Auszubildende_r wohnst Du zukünftig 5 Minuten vom Albertplatz und 5 Minuten von den Elbwiesen entfernt. Damit bist super an die ÖPNV angebunden, der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 15 Min zu erreichen und das Neustädter Kulturleben beginnt quasi nebenan (Kleines Haus / Bautzner Tor). Die Lage ist ruhig und das Viertel sicher (= Regierungsviertel).
