Schicke, teilmöblierte Altbauwohnung direkt in der Neustadt, aber in ruhiger Lage. Da ich ab März für 4 Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich dieses Juwel. Zunächst als Zwischenmiete, kann die Wohnung kann in Absprache mit dem Vermieter ab Juli übernommen werden, die Möbel würde ich dann mitnehmen (Bett, Kleiderstange, Stoffschrank, Vitrine, Regal, Kommode, Sofaecke, Spüle und Miniherd, Waschmaschine..). Zentral gelegen sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe, die trubelige Neustadt direkt um die Ecke, obwohl man es hier im Haus nicht merkt (Hinterhaus, nette Nachbarn). Neben Drei großen Fenstern gibts nen Balkon. Bei Fragen oder Besichtigungswunsch einfach melden :-) (siehe unten) oder MAIL.

Lage
Beste Lage, direkt in der Neustadt, aber ruhig. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, ich bekomme 5 Gehminuten entfernt immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, direkt vor dem Haus Parksituation eher schlecht.
