Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine helle Einraumwohnung (36 Quadratmeter) in der Neustadt. Der frühstmögliche Einzugstermin ist der 20. September 2017. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines 2014 fertiggestellten Hauses.
Das Mobiliar (ein Bett, ein Regal, ein Tisch, zwei Stühle, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schuhregal und eine Waschmaschine) und eine vollausgestatete Einbauküche können von mir übernommen werden. Die Möbel sind fast neu (1 Jahr) und zeigen nur geringe Abnutzungsspuren. In den Bildern zur Anzeige könnt ihr einen Eindruck der Wohnung und Möbel bekommen. Die Wohnung eignet sich für 1 bis 2 Personen.

The apartment can be rented starting from 20th of September. It is a very sunny modern 36m^2 studio in the newly build house. It is on the first floor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and some furniture (bed, shelves, table, 2 chairs, open wardrobe and shoe shelve) in the apartment for sale. You can see the furniture on the attached images. All furniture and appliances are 1 year old only and in perfect condition. The flat suits well for a single or a couple.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt. Die Haltestelle Bautzner Straße / Rothenburger Straße (Straßenbahn: 6, 11, 13) ist in 2 Minuten und der Alberplatz (Straßenbahn: 3, 6, 7, 8, 11) in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ein Rewe / DM ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. In 5 Minuten seid ihr auf der Louisenstraße, also mitten im Ausgehviertel der Neustadt. Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit wenig Durchgangsverkehr.

The apartment is located very nicely. Bautzner Straße / Rothenburger Straße tram (6, 11, 13) station is only 2 minutes away. The closest supermarket (Rewe) is also 2 minutes by foot. Albertplatz (3, 7, 8, 6, 11) is in 10 minutes walking distance and Bahnhof Neustadt is in 15 minutes. Although the house is located in Neustadt and all clubs and bars are not far away, the neighborhood is very quiet. The window is facing a small street with very subtle traffic.
