ich möchte während meiner Abwesenheit meine kleine Einraumwohnung vollmöbliert untervermieten. Kuschelig und klein, aber gemütlich, genau das Richtige für Menschen, die sich gern ins Nest zurückziehen. Die Küche ist separat ohne Fenster, aber mit kleinem motorisiertem Dachfenster. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einer neuen Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist shabby chic und modern. Ich habe die Wohnung auch untergemietet. Die Vermieter sind meine Nachbarn, eine coole junge Familie. Sehr hilfsbereit, falls was ist.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick über die Dächer auf den Simmel und die Dreikönigskirche.
Hello, I would like to sublet my small one-room apartment fully furnished during my absence. Cuddly and small, but cozy, just the thing for people who like to retreat to the nest.The kitchen is separate without a window, but with a small motorized skylight. Equipped with a new kitchen with a huge fridge and washing machine. The home furnishings are shabby chic and modern. I also sublet the apartment. The landlords are my neighbors, a cool young family. Very helpful if something is wrong.
The living room is very bright. You have a fantastic view over the roofs of the Simmel and the Dreikönigskirche.
Albertplatz, Bahnhof Neustadt und Hauptstraße sind um die Ecke für ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für Freizeit sind hoffentlich die Kneipen des Szeneviertels Neustadt wieder offen. Alaunpark ist ein großer Hangoutplatz. Wer es ruhiger mag, findet im Sommer sicher die großen Wiesen an der Elbe reizvoll. Nur 2 min. zu Fuß von hier. Wer Wein mag wird an der Brücke den Weinbus der Weinzentrale finden. Dort lässt es sich herrlich im Gras die Abendsonne genießen. Hoffentlich findet der Palaissommer statt. Parkplätze sind vor der Haustür genügend vorhanden, leider mit Parkschein.
Albertplatz, Neustadt train station and Hauptstrasse are around the corner for public transportation and shopping. Hopefully the bars in the trendy Neustadt district will be open again for leisure time. Alum Park is a large hangout place. Those who like it quieter are sure to find the large meadows on the Elbe attractive in summer. Only a 2 minute walk from here. Those who like wine will find the wine bus from the wine center at the bridge. There you can enjoy the evening sun in the grass. Hopefully the pale summer will take place. There are enough parking spaces in front of the front door, unfortunately with a parking ticket.
The neighbors are super nice. We are an open house. There are lots of summer evenings with bbq and fire. The good thing is in my appartment you won't here them. Unfortunetly you can here people on the street yelling. Sounds weired but their always someone walking home at night from partying with some music speaker.
