Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Apartment im Nido Dresden.
Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Pauschalmiete - alle Nebenkosten sind also bereits inkludiert.
Da es sich beim Nido um ein privates Wohnheim handelt, können nur Studenten oder Young professionals einziehen.

Das Apartment liegt in der Neustadt und ist nur wenige Minuten von der Haltestelle Albertplatz entfernt. Die Haltestellen Pulsnitzer Straße bzw. Bautzner Straße/Rothenburger Straße lassen sich zu Fuß sogar noch schneller erreichen.
Ich möchte die Wohnung ab Januar 2023 nachvermieten. Oder bis März 2023 untervermieten.

I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Nido Dresden.
The rent is a flat rate - all utilities are already included.
