Student dormitory flat near Dresden Neustadt <01.01.2023 - 30.09.2023>
You can extend the contract after September.
You will have a new contract, not a sublet.
All facilities and contracts are managed through official managers who reside in the dormitory.
The monthly rent will be 509 euros (including electricity, heating, cold and hot water, management and maintenance fee, VAT, etc), and the deposit will be 1018 euros (monthly rent of two months). Anmeldung is possible.
In the flat, there is everything that you need such as refrigerator (including freezer inside), microwave, closet, bed, desk, chair, etc. The kitchen and toilet are private.
All the facilities are kept very clean, and it is a new building with two elevators. In the dorm, there are a laundry room, recycling room, billiard room, study room, rooftop terrace, social room, gym (construction completed, opened soon).
There is a WhatsApp group that anyone living in the dorm can participate in, so you could join lots of parties or ask neighbors for help.
You can keep your privacy in the private flat, and hang out with international friends of various nationalities at the same time.
I've had a great time here, and I strongly recommend this room.☺️☺️
I'm going to leave here because my exchange student period will be over.
A certificate of enrollment or valid employment contract or certificate of sprachshule is needed.
There are rewe, dm, and tram stops within 2 minutes on foot. You're able to get to the Bahnhof neustadt station within 4 minutes by tram. Also, I'd like to recommend a walk along the Elbe River promenade (within 5 minutes on foot).
