Die Wohnung ist in einem Hochhaus im 15ten Stock. Das ganze Haus ist neu sanier, sowie die Wohnung.
Sie hat einen Balkon, ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche mit Herd. Zwei Fahrstühle gibt es natürlich auch. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr gut isoliert (Heizkosten fallen quasi weg ;)).
S-Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und in 10 Minuten ist die S-Bahn am Hauptbahnhof
Außerdem liegen direkt daneben ein Rewe und ein guter Döner, die alles abdecken was man für den Alltag brauchen sollte.
Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die sächsische Schweiz.
Die komplette Inneneinrichtung, also Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch, Herd und weiteres würde ich für 700 Euro abgeben (Ablösevereinbarung).
Die Wohnung selbst gehört einer Genossenschaft, die 825 Euro als Kaution verlangt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt momentan 267,34 Euro, die sich bei Wohnungsübergabe höchstens um +/- 10 Euro ändern sollte.
