Fully furnished appartment with Internet, terrace and parking lot. Very green and bright appartment of 40 m2. Nearby are train, tram and bus stations as well as fitness club and restaurants. It is a decent and nice environment.
Meine Wohnung ist in einem Topp-Zustand, der gewahrt werden soll. Es sind 40 m2 mit eigenem Schreibtisch, Bett, Küche, Bad und Terrasse. Ich wohnte hier seit 2015 und genieße es hier zu sein. Es hat alles was man braucht: Zentralheizung, Internet, Garage, nahegelegene Supermärkte und ÖPNV ; Wohnung ist möbliert.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist Topp. Der LIDL ist 3 min weg, ebenso die Tram Nr.3 direkt in die Innenstadt (max 15 min)..zum Neustädter Bahnhof 7 min. Die Elbe ist fussläufig zu erreichen (8 min) und die Gegend ist generell sehr suburban und sehr angenehm zu leben. Fitnesstudio (18 h geöffnet) ist nur 5 min weit weg.
Ich liebe diese Wohnung und suche mir genau aus, wen ich in die Wohnung lasse. Mir ist ein gepflegtes Wesen wichtig...alles andere können wir bei einem Kaffee besprechen ;). Über den Preis kann man auch einwenig verhandeln. Werde von Januar bis voraussichtlich Mai in Berlin sein...d.h. bei Komplikationen bin ich schnell da.
