Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervoragend, mit Fahrrad 10min zu Universität, Neustadt oder Altstadt. Und als Nachmieter ändert sich nicht die Kaltmiette, bzw. der Preis ist für die Lage sehr gut.

The location of the apartment is excellent, 10 minutes by bike to the university, new town or old town. And as a new tenant, the "cold" rent does not change, therefor you have an excellent price for the location.
