Im Haus gibt es einen seperaten Waschmaschinen- und Trockenraum sowie einen Fahrradkeller, ein Stellplatz auf dem Hof kann zusätzlich angemietet werden.
Zu Fuss brauch man je 10 Min. zum Zentralcampus und zum nächsten Supermarkt, Bus und Straßenbahn sind in 5 Min. zu erreichen.
