Schöne helle 1-Zimmerwohnung in Uninähe, komplett möbiliert

Hallo,
ich bin für ein Jahr im Ausland und vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (33 m²) für den Zeitraum als Untermiete (29.3.2018 bis 31.3.2019). Sie ist für ein oder zwei Personen geeignet.

Die Wohnung liegt in Dresden Plauen, und man erreicht den Uni-Campus (TU Dresden, Max Planck, Fraunhofer) sehr schnell (5 min mit Bus, 15 min zu Fuß). Mit der Linie 62 ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt (Prager Straße – Altmarktgalerie-Shoppingcenter etc.). Ich hatte selbst an der TU gearbeitet und fand es sehr angenehm, bequem zu Fuß zur Arbeit laufen zu können :-) Direkt vor der Tür gibt es verschiedene Restaurants (Italienisch, Indisch, Türkisch, Vietnamesisch) und Gemüseläden, eine Poststelle (2 min zu Fuß), einen Lidl (5 min zu Fuß) und einen Bioladen (5 min zu Fuß).

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn-/Ess-/Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine separate kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Herd. Im großen Zimmer gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein ausziehbares Doppelbett, Couch, Schreibtisch und mehrere Regale (siehe Bilder). Durch eine große Fensterfront hat man viel Tageslicht.

Im Mietpreis ist alles mit drin: Internet (DSL), Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Rundfunkgebühr. Strom/Wasser/Heizung sind Vorauszahlungen, das würden wir dann nach Verbrauch beim Auszug abrechnen.

Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen Trockenraum mit Fahrradkeller. Auf Wunsch kann zusätzlich ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz angemietet werden (hatte ich bisher nicht gebraucht).

I will be abroad for one year and rent my nice 1-room-aparment (33 m²) for the time as a sub-lease (29th March 2018 to 31st March 2019). It is good for one or two persons.

The apartment is located in Dresden Plauen, and one can reach the university campus (TU Dresden, Max Planck, Fraunhofer) very quickly (5 min by bus, or 15 min walking distance). With bus number 62 one can reach the city center (Prager Straße/Altmarktgalerie shopping etc) in 10 minutes. I was working at TU Dresden for the last years and enjoyed the proximity :-) In the surroundings, there are a number of restaurants (Italian, Indian, Turkish, Vietnamese) and grocery shops, a post office (2 min by foot), a Lidl super market (5 min by foot) and an organic supermarket (5 min by foot).

The apartment has a big living/dining/bedroom, a bathroom with bath tub and washing machine, and a small separate kitchen with refrigerator and oven. In the big room there is a big closet, and extandable double bed, a couch, desk and several book shelves (see pictures). The apartment has big windows over on wall, so one gets plenty of daylight.

The rental price includes everything needed: internet (DSL), electricity, water, heating and public radio taxes (“Rundfunkgebühr”, mandatory in Germany). Electricity/water/heating are pre-payments based on my own usage over the years, but we will account for your usage when you move out.

The apartment has a drying room and a bicycle room. If you like, you can also rent a place in the in-house car-park (I didn’t need it so far).
