Die 24 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Auf dem Balkon kann man trotzdem gut Zeit verbringen, da das Erdgeschoss erhöht liegt. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche eignet sich sehr gut zum entspannten Kochen. Die Wohnung ist relativ kompakt, da die Küche direkt im Wohnraum ist. Dadurch und durch den Schnitt des Altbaus ist sie allerdings sehr gemütlich.
Das Bad ist relativ klein, bietet jedoch trotzdem Platz für die Waschmaschine, die benutzt werden darf.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man die TU und HTW innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichen, was ideal ist für Studierende. Der Stadtteil Plauen ist eher ruhig, bietet jedoch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch die Lage. Zu Fuß braucht man etwa 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt.
Die Haltestellen Nöthnitzer Straße (Bahnlinie 3), sowie Plauen Rathaus (Buslinie 62) sind einen etwa 3-5 minütigen Fußweg entfernt.
Die Wohnung wird von Oktober 2018 bis Februar 2019 zur Zwischenmiete zu Verfügung stehen.
