Ich suche eine nette Zwischenmieterin. Die Wohnung ist im 11. Stock mit schönem Blick auf die gesamte Stadt Dresden.
Im Bad wurde eine neue Dusche installiert, um Platz für die Waschmaschine zu schaffen.
Desweiteren ist ein 6000er WLAN-Netz vorhanden.
Es sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, sowie in Straßenbahn-Nähe (3 Haltestellen) vorhanden: Netto, Penny, Edeka, Kaufland, MediaMarkt, Hornbach, MöbelBoss uvm.
Die S-Bahnhaltestelle Dobritz ist in 5 min. zu Fuß oder per Straßenbahn erreichbar. Dann ist der Hauptbahnhof und das Zentrum nur noch 8 min. entfernt. Die Wohnung ist seh ruhig und damit gut zum Studieren geeignet.
Im Hauseingang ist ein Sicherheitsdienst täglich von 21 bis 5 Uhr.
