Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der vorderen renovierten Hochhäuser ganz oben in der 16. Etage! Auf der Etage ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm1. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick über ganz Dresden und bis zur sächsichen Schweiz.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad mit Dusche (Anschluss für WA ist vorhanden) und eine separate Küche. Die vorhandenen Möbel würde ich weitestgehend für ein geringes Entgelt übergeben.
Wenn man sich Dresden als großen Suppenteller vorstellt, befindet sich der Wohnblock am äußeren höchsten Rand des Tellers :o). Nichts in Dresden ist höher! Es sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Imbisse, Restaurants aber auch Ärzte, Physiotherapie und Apotheke im direkten Umfeld. Hinter dem Hochauskomplex befindet sich der Sportpark Dresden. Somit ist in unmittelbarer Nähe auch für die Fitness gesorgt, erreichbar in 5 Gehminuten!
Mit der Straba ist man direkt in der Innenstadt oder auch in der Neustadt. Auch die Uni befindet sich in nächster Nähe, ist zu Fuß oder Rad schnell zu erreichen.
