I offer here my cosy one-room apartment while I am travelling. :)
The kitchen, as well as the bathroom, are separate rooms. The apartment is around 38m² big and has a balcony which faces to a very green and calm side road next to the "big garden" (the main city park).
It is fully furnitured and you will find everything that you will need to have a pleasant stay. It has a washing machine, an oven, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathtub and a double bed. I can leave you fresh bed sheets, washing powder or something else - just ask.

It is calm but central located. It takes a merely 2 min walk to the "big garden" or to the zoo. The train station "Dresden Strehlen" is a 7 min walk away. The tram lines 13 and 9, as well as many buses, have stops in the nearby area.
The old city centre or the university is very easy and fast to reach with public transport.
Unfortunately, there are no pets, as well as smoking, allowed.
If you are interested in renting the flat for longer, please contact me because the flat is free to overtake.
