Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem erst 2014 gebauten Gebäude, welches großzügig und modern ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und bietet in den Nachmittagsstunden Sonne. Zudem besitzt sie ein schönes großzügig gestaltetes Bad mit jeder Menge Abstellmöglichkeiten und einer großen Dusche. Die kleine Kochnische bietet alles was man braucht um sich nach einem langem Tag etwas feines zu zaubern. Der Wohnbereich ist praktisch genutzt und bietet neben Bett und Schreibtisch jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner, welche die Hausbewohner für ein paar Münzen nutzen können.

The apartment is in a building built in 2014, which is spacious and modern. It is bright, quiet and offers sunshine during the afternoon hours. It also has a beautiful spacious bathroom with plenty of storage and a large shower. The small kitchenette has everything you need to cook a bit after a long day. The living area is practically used and offers next to bed and desk a lot of possibilities for storage.
On the ground floor there are washing machines and dryers, which can be used by the householders for a few coins.
Das Gebäude befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten zur nächsten Tram- und Busstation. Außerdem befindet sich direkt neben an sowohl ein Netto als auch ein Lidl. Andere Geschäfte wie Rossmann, Bäcker, etc. sind 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn man der Stadt entkommen möchte lohnt es sich in den nur ebenfalls 10min entfernten Großen Garten zu gehen um abzuschalten.

The building is a 2 minute walk to the nearest tram and bus station. There are also two supermarkets right next door. Other shops like a drug store, bakery, etc. are 10min walk away. If you want to escape the city it is worth it to got to the big park which is only 10 minutes away.
Zur Zwischenmiete würde ich die Möbelstücke gerne drinnen lassen. Also Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Regale. Plus Sonstiges wie Geschirr wenn Bedarf besteht.

For the temporary rent I would leave the furniture gladly indoors. Such as bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves. Additionally others like dishes if needed.
