In der Warmmiete von 400 Euro, sind Internet,Heizkosten,Wasserkosten und Stromkosten inklusive.
Im Keller des Hauses gibt es einen Waschraum, in dem man mit 1,5 Euro Wäsche waschen und trocknen kann.
Die Kaution beträgt 800 Euro.

I am looking for a new tenant for the newly built apartment with one room flat in Wiener str. 94.
The room is located on the 2nd floor of the building.
The rent per month is 400 euros (this includes internet, heater, electricity and water ) NO EXTRA FEES !!
Kitchen, mattress, desk, 2 chairs, mini drawer, cabinets for clothes, fridge, and curtains are available to use right away.
Clean basement storage (keller) is given as well. Laundry machines cost 1.5 euro and they are located in the basement.
Unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich der S-Bahnhof Strehlen (S1, S2), da fahren unteranderem auch Straßenbahnlinien (9,13) und Busse (75,61,63,85).
Mit der Linie 61 kann man direkt zur TU fahren.
Ebenfalls ist der Große Garten in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Netto 5min zu Fuß
In 10min ist auch der Wasaplatz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
