ich bin auf der Suche nach Nachmietern für meine Wohnung in Strehlen in der Nähe vom Wasaplatz.
Die Wohung ist eine 1,5 Raumwohnung mit einem großen Zimmer und einem kleinen Zimmer, in das aber ein Bett passt.
Die Küche ist separat, aber relativ klein. Das Bad ist großzügig geschnitten.
Aktuell liegt die Miete bei ca 420€ warm.
Die Küche ist auch mit enthalten, gehört allerdings der Vermieterin.
Außerdem möchte ich das gesamte Möbilar für 500€ abgeben. Dies beinhaltet:
- Kleiderschrank (IKEA Pax)
- Kommode (IKEA Malm)
- 2 Regale (IKEA Kallax: 1mal 2x2 und 1mal 4x4)
- Bücherregal (IKEA Billy)
- Schreibtische (2x)
- Sofa (IKEA Delsbo)
- Bett mit Matraze (1,20x2m)
- Servierwagen (IKEA Bekväm)
- Waschmaschine (AEG)

Der Einzug ist ab 01.03. oder 01.04.2023 möglich.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie ist äußerst ruhig gelegen, aber mit perfekter Anbindung an alles in Dresden.
Man läuft ca 5 Minuten zum Wasaplatz, wo man unter anderem die Linien 61, 63, 85, 9 und 13 erreicht. Damit ist man in ca 10 Minuten auf dem Uni-Campus. Mit der 9 und 13 kommt man ohne umsteigen zu müssen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Neustadt.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind.
