Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell, verfügt über einen kleinen Flur, eine Kochnische im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer und einen großen extra Stauraum. Einige Möbel und die Kochnische können gegen eine kleine Summe übernommen werden. Es steht ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können im Keller und im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Zu Fuß läuft man nur 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle, mit direkter Anbindung zur Uni. Die Zwinglistraße ist 5 Minuten entfernt und bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Große Garten ist nicht weit.
