Ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine helle Einraumwohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Die Küche ist abgetrennt vom Wohnraum. Der Bonus an der Wohnung ist die Abstellkammer, wo sich auch der Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet. Das Kellerabteil habe ich für mein Fahrrad und drei große Regale genutzt.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl.
Ich habe meinem Vormieter die Küche abgekauft und die Geräte (Induktionsfeld, Backofen), Arbeitsplatte, Spüle und Wasserhahn (inklusive Mischbatterie) erneuert. Wurde alles von einem Elektriker geprüft und funktioniert tadellos. Bei dem Betrag gäbe es auch noch etwas Spielraum.
Die Linien 12, 6 und 64 fahren direkt vor der Haustür. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Fleischer, Imbiss sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.
