Ich suche sehr kurzfristig eine ZwischenmieterIN oder auch für paar Tage möglich.
Meine Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. IN dieser darf NICHT geraucht werden!!! Bitte nur auf dem Balkon mit geschlossener Balkontür rauchen.
Separate Küche mit Fenster. Nur die notwendigsten Küchen- und Geschirrutensilien sind vorhanden. Backofen ist da aber keine Mikrowelle. Mein Kühlschrank hat ein kleines aber sehr gutes 3-Sterne Gefrierfach. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.
Ich habe keinen Kabelanschluss fürs TV und kein Festnetztelefon.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind für dich vorhanden. Waschsalon ist ca.5 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung steht dem Mieter komplett allein zur Verfügung.
Die Mietzahlung (350€) und die Kaution (200€) sind vor oder mit dem Einzug fällig.
Die Kaution wird nach dem Ende des Mietverhältnisses zurückgezahlt, insofern keine Beschädigungen des Wohnraumes oder anderer Mietgegenstände erfolgte.
Eine Kopie des Personalausweises möchte ich gerne von dir und mit deinem Original vergleichen.
Wenn ihr noch Fragen habt, meldet euch einfach. Bei Interesse ruft an oder schreibt und wir machen einen Termin aus. Wenn ich gerade nicht erreichbar bin dann melde ich mich per sms wann es wieder möglich ist.

Seeking short notice an intermediate tenant or only for few days too.
My apartment is a Non smoking apartment !!! In this non-smoking is allowed !!! Please only smoke on the balcony with closed balcony door.
Separate kitchen with window. Oven is available for this but no microwave. My fridge has a
small but very good 3 star freezer. Kettle and coffee maker I have.
I do not have cable for TV and no landline phone.
Sheets and towels are available for you. Self-service laundry is 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment is the tenant completely alone available.
The rental payment (350 €) and the security deposit (200 €) are due before or at the feeder.
The deposit will be refunded after the end of the lease, so far was no damage to the living room or other rental equipment.
The landlord reserves the right to demand before the entry of the tenant a copy of the identity card and compare it with the original.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Striesen an der Grenze zu Gruna, Seidnitz, Tolkewitz und Blasewitz. Ich höre auf meinem Balkon keine Straßenbahnen oder Busse. Die Fürstenwalder Straße und die kreuzende Zinnwalder Straße sind kleine Nebenstraßen auf denen nur die Anwohner mit ihren Autos verkehren. Daher ist es eine feine ruhige Ecke in der man viel Vogelgezwitscher und die Tauben gurren hört :) Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. Daher ist meine Wohnung bitte nicht als Partylocation zu verwenden! Zum Joggen und Skaten eignet sich der naheliegende Elbradweg. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut (ca. 5-7 Min. zu Fuß). Bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit der Straßenbahn. Diese fährt die ganze Nacht hindurch.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich genutzt werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Edeka, Aldi) in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located in Striesen district on the border with Gruna, Seidnitz, Tolkewitz and Blasewitz. I hear on my balcony no trams or buses. The Fürstenwalder road and cruising Zinnwalder street are small side roads on which traffic is limited to residents with their cars. Therefore, it is a fine quiet corner in which one hears much cooing birds chirping and doves :) The neighbors are very quiet. Therefore, my apartment is, please do not use as a party location! For jogging and skating are the obvious Elbradweg suitable. The access to public transport is good (about 5-7 min. Walk). Until the city center is a 15 minute drive by tram. This goes all through the night.
Free parking is available nearby.
An underground parking space can be additionally used at no extra charge.
Shops (Netto, Edeka, Aldi) in about 5-10 minutes walking distance.
