Die Wohnung ist ca. 40,5qm groß und befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Altbau-Haus im zweiten Stock. Sie besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit (etwas abgeteilter) Einbau-Küche, sowie einem kleinen Vorraum, einem großzügigen Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und einem schönen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und Weinbewuchs. Ein Kellerabteil ist auch vorhanden. In der Wohnung ist Dielen-Boden, in der Küche/Bad sind Fliesen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Dresden-Striesen, nahe der Trambahn-Haltestelle. In ca einer viertel Stunde ist man mit der Bahn in der Innenstadt. Geschäfte (Aldi, Edeka etc.) sind alle direkt um die Ecke. In fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am blauen Wunder und damit gleich in der Natur, wo es sich an der Elbe super joggen und Radfahren lässt.
Da ich aus Dresden kurzfristig wegziehe, können sämtliche neuwertige Möbel von mir übernommen werden (Bett, 2 Schreibtische, Schreibtisch-Stuhl, Waschmaschine, Küchenmöbel, Regale etc.).

The apartment is 40,5qm and has one big room with a built-in kitchen, a big bathroom and a beautiful balcony. There is also a cellar compartment. It's possible to acquire all furniture from me!
