Die Bushaltestelle "Schweizer Straße" der Linie 62 liegt vor der Haustür. Nach vier Stationen ist man an der Prager Straße.

Zur TU Dresden sind es knapp 2km, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 8 min. da.

Am Hauptbahnhof ist man zu Fuß auch in ungefähr 8 min.
Strom und Internet kommen natürlich noch zu den Nebenkosten hinzu.
Mein monatlicher Abschlag für Strom liegt so bei 20€.
Der Internetanschluß via Kabelnetz von Telecolumbus liegt bei rund 12€.
