Hallo! ab dem 20.03.2020 werde mein kleines, nettes Apartment frei, suche ich daher einen Nachmieter))
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlaf/Wohnzimmer (mit große Fenster ist es sehr hell), Einbaukueche (mit zwei Fenster), ein Bad und ein Balkon.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett(mit Matratze), ein Schreibtisch mit Schublade, ausziehbarer Esstisch, brauner Ecktisch, zwei Rohrstühle, ein Fächerregal und 4 Wandregalkästen. Außerdem hat es LED Deckenbeleuchtung mit Fernbedienung und ein großer Rolladen im Innenbereich.
Der Küche ist vollmöbliert mit Elektro-Herd-Set, Kühlschrank, Waschmachinen und eine Schiebetür.
Das Badzimmer ist sehr bequem mit ein Regal und kleiner Spiegel.
Auf dem Balkon gibt es auch eine Holzliege.
Alle Möbel ist im gute Zustand, und müssen übernommen werden (900euro).

The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony.
In the bedroom there's a big double bed with mattress, a writing desk, one dinning table (can be extended) and a bed side table, two rattan chairs, a black bookshelf, and small shelves on the wall. Besides it has a LED ceilling light with remote control and a roller curtain.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything from oven to wasching machine and firdge, two windows are facing the balcony, the entrance has a sliding door as well.
The bathroom has a shelf and a mirror.
Also there's a deck chair on the balcony.
All furnitures is in good condition, which need to be taken over with 900 euro.
Perfekte Lage: Direkt auf dem Kampus, gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Linien 3, 8 und 61 (1-3min Fußweg entfernt)
Netto, Post, Mensa, dm, Apotheke... erreicht man auch innerhalb von 1-3 min zu Fuß.
EN:
Right on campus with a great public transport connection, the bus station 61,3,8 is right under the building!
Netto, dm, Mensa right across the street, Apotheke and clinic is at the first floor as well.
