wir suchen neue Nachmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung in der Arndtstraße 47 in der Südvorstadt.
Es ist eine 87m² große Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern (24 m2, 17 m2 und 16,5 m2). Die Zimmer sind alle schön hell und haben Dielen. Das große Bad ist mit Badewanne und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss ausgestattet. Keller und kleine Abstellkammer befinden sich separat im Haus.
Direkt in der Südvorstadt gelegen ist die Wohnung nur einen Katzensprung von der Karli entfernt, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein Netto und ein Getränkemarkt sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit. Ca. 3 min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Südplatz.
Die Wohnung ist auch für eine Familie geeignet.
Einzug ab 1.8. oder ab 1.9. möglich!
