Die Wohnung ist bezugsfrei ab 01.07.2016 oder 01.08.2016. Es ist bereits alles renoviert und ich bin raus. Sie kann also ab sofort bezogen werden. Möglich ist auch eine Untermiete bis Ende Juli bzw Ende August
Die Wohnungen haben sehr dicke Wände, was für ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt. Desweiteren sind die Nachbarn sehr nett und es findet sogar öfter mal Mietergrillen oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen statt. Außerdem gibt es eine hauseigene Whatsapp Gruppe, wo man sich neben den Grillabenden auch so mal verabreden kann.
Das Haus an sich wurde vor 2 Jahren erst neu gebaut und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei Fragen oder Besichtigungswünschen einfach bei mir melden.
