Hallo, I am leaving for vacations and I am subleting my appartment from 24 August till the end of September. I live in a single room apartment with kitchen and bathroom (shower/toilet/wash basin).

Hallo, ich fahre für Urlaub und ich biete meine Wohnung zur Untermietung vom 24. August bis Ende September. Ich lebe in einem einzigen Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche und Bad (Dusche / WC / Waschbecken).
It is quite big (29 m2) and peaceful. The building has been recently renovated. The appartment has two big windows, its own kitchen and bathroom/shower, and it is fully furnished (bed, table, chair). No smoking inside! It is lose to Grossen Garten,Technical University and only a few minutes away form the main train station. There are tram and bus stations only 3 miutes by foot.

Es ist ziemlich groß (29 m2) und friedlich. Das Gebäude wurde vor kurzer Zeit renoviert. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei große Fenster, eine eigene Küche und Bad / Dusche, und es ist voll möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stuhl). Kein Rauchen im Haus! In der Nähe von Grossen Garten, Technische Universität und nur wenige Minuten vom HBf entfernt. Es gibt Straßenbahn und Bus-Stationen nur 3 miutes zu Fuß.
Since it is a sublet it would be nice if you were not smoker, careful with the furniture and is on you that I can rely!
I am looking to sublet it ONLY to students!
