Hallo, ihr lieben.
Die Wohnung liegt im 8. OG (mit Fahrstuhl) eines sanierten Wohngebäudes und besitzt ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Zimmer ist mit der Einbauküche durch eine Öffnung in der Wand verbunden und vom Eingangsbereich durch eine Tür getrennt. Die Küche ist mit zwei Kochplatten und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet (vgl. Sonstiges). Den Mini-Ofen sowie den Wasserkocher lasse ich in der Wohnung.
Dank der Ausrichtung nach Westen und der breiten Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Außerdem ist die Schallisolierung gut.
Im KG befinden sich 2 Waschmaschinen sowie 1 Trockner und 1 Fahrradkeller. Draußen gibt es auch eine abschließbare Garage für Fahrräder.
Ich plane, spätestens am 31.12.2020 umzuziehen.

I am looking for a Nachmieter/new tenant for this furnished studio, 27m2, on the 8th floor (with an elevator) of a renovated residential building. The room is connected to the fitted kitchen through an opening in the wall and separated from the entrance area by a door. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, and I plan to leave all that you can see in the photos and also good described already in "Sonstiges" for 400euros, but we can negotiate :). The bathroom has a shower.
It has wide windows, the studio is very bright and the sunset can be appreciated. The sound insulation is good.
There are 2 washing machines available for the building as well as 1 dryer. Own basement and place for bikes available.
I plan to move to the latest 31.12.2020.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der TU. Die Straßenbahn hält vor der Haustür (Strehlener Platz) und fährt 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Auf der anderen Seite der Straße sind zwei Supermärkte (Netto und Lidl) zu erreichen.
Im Zentrum von Strehlen (10 Minuten zu Fuß) sind weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, DM, Apotheke, Sparkasse, Optiker, usw.).
Läuft man 5 Minuten, erreicht man den Großen Garten, in dem man schön spazieren gehen und sich entspannen kann.

The apartment is located near the TUD and SLUB. The Streßenbahn stops in front of the front door (Strehlener Platz) and takes 5 minutes to the main station.
On the other side of the street, there are two supermarkets (Netto and Lidl).
In the center of Strehlen (10 minutes walking distance), there are further shopping facilities (bakery, DM, pharmacy, savings bank, optician, etc.).
If you walk for 5 minutes, you reach the Großer Garten, where you can take a nice walk and relax.
