1 Single Room Apartment with Own Kitchen, Bathroom, and Balcony

Hello! I am looking for a new tenant for my room in Südvorstadt starting from January 2020. This is a beautiful and spacious room perfect for students!

Please note that the rent does not include electricity and WiFi.

I have been living here for 2 months and now moving out to live with a friend. The flat has a small room from the main entrance that separates the bathroom and the main bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The bedroom has large windows and you don't really need to turn on the lights during sunny days! From the bedroom you can access the kitchen and the spacious balcony. The kitchen has a sliding door to separate it from the bedroom and two windows facing the balcony. You have everything you need from refrigerator, oven, sink, washing machine, and stovetops in the kitchen!

As I am moving to a furnished apartment, unfortunately I cannot bring my furnitures. I only offer this apartment with all of the furnitures as mentioned below. But don't worry because you have everything you need here! I can also leave some utensils for you to use should you need them :)
Furnitures to take over (all with 950EUR) :

- White desk

- Black bookshelves in the bedroom (I use this as my wardrobe)

- 140cm x 200cm bed with mattress

- White dining table (extendable, perfect for serving at parties!)

- Brown corner table

- Rattan chairs (2 of them)

- White shelves in the bedroom

- LED ceiling lights (again, perfect for parties!). I just switch to normal light for daily use

- Refrigerator, washing machine, oven+stovetops and the cabinets in the kitchen

- Wooden shelves at the main entrance

- Rattan rack in the bathroom

There is a heater for every room (bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom). There is an underground storage room in the cellar and bicycle parking slots available. You can discuss this with the landlord after the handover.
