I am outside Dresden from 1st April 2020 until 31-05-2020 and hence I like to sublet my apartment during that time.
It's a new fully furnished apartment 1 bedroom apartment (studio) with a built-in Kitchen , Fridge , Microwave,nice Bathroom and a balcony, internet etc.
Additional cost will be radio tax which is around 18 Euro for a month.
(City Registeration for sublet won't be possible)

The Apartment is very centrally located at nurenberger platz with tram 3, 8 and 61 stops just below the building, the location is very prime and hbf can be reached within 3 minutes by tram and 12 minutes by foot. TU Dresden and Applied Science university is also walkable and within 5 minutes from apartment.
Netto and dm are just at the ground floor. Medical shop is just across the road.
There is a bakery , restaurant and Mensa reachable within 4 minutes.
The apartment has two lifts.For washing clothes , washing machines are available at 4th and ground floor and payment can be done via card or paypal.
It also has a blind shade for those who want to sleep until late afternoon.
