Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sie nicht zur Straßenseite zeigt.
- Stadtteil: Seevorstadt West
- Zentrale Lage: Hbf Dresden, Galerie Centrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeit: dm, Rewe, Lild, Bäckerei, Backwerk, Decathlon, Kinos...alle in 5 - 6 min zu Fuß erreichbar
- Haltestelle: Hauptbehnhof Nord 3 min zu Fuß, Linien 3, 7, 8, 9, 11. Haltestelle Hauptbahnhof 5 min zu Fuß, Linien 10, Bus 66.
Einen Kühlschrank, einen Gefrierschrank, Lampen (3x), Gardinen und den Duschvorhang möchte ich insgesamt für 100€ mit abgeben.
Meine aktuelle Kaution beträgt 690€. Für den Nachmieter soll es ca. 3 Kaltmiete sein.
Einen Stellplatz vor der Wohnung kann man für 40€/Monat anmieten, sonst kann man einen Bewohnerparkschein bei der Stadt erwerben.
