Ab sofort suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmerwohnung, in welcher ich nach Sanierung Erstbezieherin war.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell durch ein großes Fenster und Südbalkon.
Es liegt ein PVC Boden in Laminatoptik vor. Das Zimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür vom kleinen Flur und Küchennische abtrennen. Das Bad zeichnet sich durch eine Badewanne aus.
Schweren Herzens trenne ich mich von meiner Wohnung, da ich in eine WG ziehen werde und hoffe auf euren baldigen Anruf :)
In 2 Gehminuten findet man alles, was man zum Leben braucht, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Poststelle sowie Zahnärzte o.ä. Man findet also eine optimale Infrastruktur vor.
Die Uni ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den ÖPNV direkt vor der Haustür sind es z.B. auch nur circa 20 min in Dresdens Ausgehviertel "Neustadt".
Da sich die Möglichkeit zum Umzug sehr kurzfristig ergab ist die Suche nach einem/er Nachmieter_in sehr dringend und deswegen ist auch ein sofortiger Einzug möglich. Da ich noch im Besitz der Schlüssel bin, wäre die Wohnungsbesichtigung mit mir auszumachen. Zeitlich bin ich sehr flexibel, deshalb scheut euch nicht mir einen Termin vorzuschlagen. Alles weitere müsste man dann mit der GAGFAH Group (dem Vermieter) klären.
