I'm looking for a subrenter for my studio-flat located near TU Dresden (15 mins by walking) and SLUB (library) for 3 months since I'm going to do an internship out of Dresden.
The flat is located in 1st floor, I usually take the stairs but an elevator is available as well. It's full furnished. It costs in total is 304,-€ per month all in, including electricity, heater, water and Internet DSL-flatrate.
The neighborhood consists mainly of students, families and older people so it's a really peaceful area.
The apartment is ideally located. In only 5 minutes you reach the stop Räcknitzhöhe (line 11, 85) of which you can achieve anything important: Zellescher Weg (1 min), Hauptbahnhof (10 min), Postplatz, Alberplatz, etc. In addition, you'll also find everything necessary nearby: bank, post office, Konsum, Norma, Lidl, Netto, many bakeries and doctors. For campus you can easily walk, ride a bike or take bus line 85.
